There is the culture in the library,and there is the power in the culture. The aim of building up excellent library culture is to mould the persons with different characters and features into the group conforming the rules and values of the library,i.e. to educate and manage the people by culture,and to promote the sustainable development of the library,making the information service capacity of the library meet the demands of a new age.
