摘    要:目的:探讨中药“二仙汤加减”对急性不完全脑缺血大鼠脑含水量及SOD活力的影响及其意义。方法:中老年Wistar大鼠采用双侧颈总动脉夹闭2h后去夹再通的方法,制成急性不完全性脑缺血再灌模型,实验组于手术前给予“二仙汤加减”,各组鼠于手术后6h、24h、3d及7d处死取脑,检测脑含水量和SOD活力。结果:实验组脑含水量明显低于对照组,而SOD活力明显高于后者。统计结果显示有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:实验结果表明中药“二仙汤加减”有明显的改善脑血循环,提高脑细胞抗损伤能力的作用,为降低脑缺血再灌流损伤提供了证据。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect and significance of modified ERXIANTANG on water content and SOD activity in the cerebrum with acute incomplete cerebral ischemia rats. Methods: The middle aged Wistar rats were used and the models of acute incomplete cerebral ischemia were made when they were reperfused after 2 hours of bilateral common carotid occlusion. The rats in the experimental group were given ERXIANTANG decoction before the models were made. The rats in all groups were put to death in 6h, 24 h, 3 d and 7 d after reperfusion; the cerebrum were taken out, and the water content and SOD activity were tested. Result: The water content was rather low and the SOD activity was quite high compared with the control group. The result of statistic analysis did show significant differences between the groups (P<0 05, P<0 01). Conclusion: The result indicates that the traditional Chinese medicine has the capacity to improve brain circulation and lesion resistance of brain cells, and thus ERXIANTANG can reduce the damage of cerebral ischemia by reperfusion.
