摘    要:次氯酸钠与二氯异氰尿酸钠复方消毒液含有效氯1.5%。用悬液定量杀菌试验检测其杀灭微生物效果。以其含有效氯 150 mg/ L溶液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌分别作用 2 min、 5 min、7 min,杀灭率≥99.95%。含有效氯 2000 mg/ L该液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用 40 min,杀灭率达100%;芽胞液中含 25%或 50%小牛血清者需作用 80 min。含有效氯 800 mg/ L该液作用 10 min,可将HBsAg抗原性破坏。该液原包装于54℃存放4周,有效氯下降率为3.16%。该液对不锈钢和铜无腐蚀,对碳钢与铝均有腐蚀。

Abstract:A compound disinfectant solution with sodium hypochlorite and sodium dichloroisocyanurate as the main ingredients contains available chlorine 1.5%. Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to examine its germicidal efficacy. The killing rate of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans exposed to its solution containing available chlorine 150 mg / L for 2 min, 5 min and 7 min respectively was≥99.95%. Its solution containing available chlorine 2000 mg / L with a 40 min contact time killed 100% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger. When the spore suspension contained 25% or 50% calf serum, 80 min was required for killing 100% of the spores. Its solution containing available chlorine 800mg / L could destroy HBsAg antigenicity. The available chlorine content of the disinfectant solution in original packing decreased by 3.16% after storing at 54℃ for 4 weeks. This disinfectant solution is not corrosive to stainless steel and copper, but is corrosive to carbon steel and aluminum.
