摘    要:介绍了一种基于OAN现场总线的数控加工监控系统的设计与实现。以轴承套圈自动化数控加工流水线为监控对象,采用模块化设计思想,开发了实时、高效、稳定的监控系统,并在轴承套圈数控加工中得到了实际应用。

Abstract:Taking the Axletree automatic manufacture pipelining as the object, the real time, highperformance and stable monitor and control system is developed. This system is based onCAN field bus, adopting modular design patterns, is applied to real manufacture in somecompanies. The design and implementation of this system will improve the manufacturecompany's technology level.
