血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)基因多态性、血清ACE水平与2型糖尿病合并脑梗死的相关性研究

摘    要:目的 :探讨血管紧张素转换酶 (ACE)基因多态性、血清ACE水平和 2型糖尿病合并脑梗死的关系。方法 :应用PCR方法检测 2型糖尿病患者和健康者ACE基因的缺失 /插入多态性并同时测定其血清ACE水平。结果 :糖尿病合并脑梗死组的DD基因型及D等位基因频率与非脑梗死组比较有显著性差异 ,且血清ACE水平在脑梗死患者中明显升高 ,与ACE基因多态性呈一致表现。结论 :糖尿病患者中DD基因型和D等位基因携带者具有患脑梗死易感性 ,并且在脑梗死患者ACE基因多态性与血清ACE水平呈一致表现

Abstract:Objective: To clarify if angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) gene polymorphism, serum ACE levels attribute to the development of cerebral infarction in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods:ACE genotypes were determined with PCR method in 137 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 64 normal controls, meanwhile serum ACE levels were determined. Results:The DD genotype frequency was significantly higher in cerebral infarction group than that in group without cerebral infarction (P<0.05). Furthermore, the patients with cerebral infarction had higher serum ACE levels than those without cerebral infarction. Conclusions: ACE gene polymorphism attributes to development of cerebral infarction in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, mean serum ACE level in diabetic patients with cerebral infarction was significantly increased compared to its controls.
