摘    要:随着泛在电力物联网建设方案的提出,智能电能表作为电力物联网感知层末端重要的传感设备,其技术功能被赋予更多的要求。新一代智能电能表既要兼顾传统计量功能又要考虑泛在电力物联网环境下业务的需求,其技术发展方向是保证感知层设备智能化升级、实现业务终端全连接、提升边缘智能水平的关键。文章基于IR46国际标准,从电能表的计量特性、电能表功能多元化发展方向、实时嵌入式操作系统应用等多角度,探讨新一代智能电能表的技术发展方向。

Abstract:With proposing the construction plan of the ubiquitous power Internet of Things , As an important sensing device at the end of the power IoT perception layer,The technical function of the smart energy meter is given more requirements. A new generation of smart energy meters needs to take into account the traditional metering functions and the business needs of the ubiquitous power Internet of Things environment. The technical development direction of smart meter is to ensure the intelligent upgrade of the sensing layer device, realize the full connection of the business terminal, and improve the edge intelligence level. Based on the IR46 international standard, this paper explores the technical development direction of the new generation of smart energy meter from the perspective of the metering characteristics of the energy meter, the diversified development direction of the power meter function, and the application of the lightweight embedded operating system.
