CT血管成像联合OXLDL-Ab及Hcy对冠心病早期诊断的价值分析

目的分析CT血管成像(CTA)联合氧化型低密度脂蛋白自身抗体(OXLDL-Ab)及同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)对冠心病早期诊断价值。方法将我院100例疑似冠心病患者作为研究对象,均进行冠状动脉造影(CAG)、CTA、血清OXLDL-Ab和Hcy检查,并以CAG诊断结果为标准,评估不同检查方法对冠心病的早期诊断价值。结果OXLDL-Ab、Hcy诊断冠心病截断点分别为45.43μg/mL、14.92μmol/L,曲线下面积分别为0.768、0.793,诊断灵敏度分别为77.53%、79.78%,特异度分别为72.73%、63.64%,准确度分别为77.00%、78.00%;CTA对冠心病诊断灵敏度、特异度、准确度分别为91.01%、81.82%、90.00%;OXLDL-Ab+Hcy+CTA对冠心病诊断灵敏度、特异度、准确度分别为98.88%、90.91%、98.00%,CTA对冠心病诊断灵敏度、准确度均高于OXLDL-Ab、Hcy单一检查(P<0.05);OXLDL-Ab+Hcy+CTA对冠心病诊断灵敏度、准确度均高于OXLDL-Ab、Hcy、CTA单一检查(P<0.05)。结论CTA联合OXLDL-Ab及Hcy检查可提高对冠心病的诊断效能。

Value of CT Angiography Combined with OXLDL-Ab and Hcy in the Diagnosis of Early Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease

Objective To analyze the value of CT angiography(CTA)combined with anti-oxidized LDL Autoantibodies(OXLDL-Ab)and homocysteine(Hcy)in the diagnosis of early coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(coronary heart disease,CHD).Methods 100 patients with suspected CHD in the hospital were enrolled as study objects.Coronary artery angiography(CAG),CTA,serum OXLDL-Ab and Hcy examination were performed on them.Taking the diagnostic results of CAG as standard,the diagnostic value with different examination methods for early CHD was evaluated.Results The cutoff points for the diagnosis of CHD by OCTDL-Ab and Hcy were 45.43μg/mL and 14.92μmol/L,respectively.The area under the curve was 0.768 and 0.793,respectively.The diagnostic sensitivities were 77.53%and 79.78%,respectively.The specificity was 72.73%and 63.64%,respectively.The accuracy was 77.00%and 78.00%respectively.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy for the diagnosis of CHD by by CTA were 91.01%,81.82%,and 90.00%,respectively.The above indexes by OXLDL-Ab,Hcy and CTA were 98.88%,90.91%,and 98.00%,respectively.The sensitivity and accuracy of CTA for diagnosis of coronary heart disease were higher than those of OXLDL-Ab or Hcy single diagnosis(P<0.05).The sensitivity and accuracy of OTLDL-Ab combined with Hcy and CTA for diagnosis of coronary heart disease were higher than those of OXLDL-Ab,Hcy or CTA single diagnosis(P<0.05).Conclusion CTA combined with OXLDL-Ab and Hcy examination can improve the diagnostic efficacy of coronary heart disease.
