配网末端低电压串联补偿控制方法及装置设计

摘    要:为解决配电网末端低电压问题,设计了一种基于串联电压补偿控制的线路电压补偿系统。以有功线路损耗最小和节点平均电压偏差最小为目标,建立了补偿装置的安装位置和容量优化配置模型。计及负荷的电压静态特性,及补偿装置接入后对接入点前段线路潮流分布的影响,设计了加入补偿装置的线路潮流模型及求解计算方法。以一典型线路末端低电压台区为算例,对比了加入补偿装置前后的线路电压特性,结果表明,设计的系统能够以线路负荷1/10的补偿装置容量,实现线路全部供电电压满足供电指标要求,有效地解决了原有的低电压问题。

Abstract:In order to solve the low voltage problem at the terminal of distribution network,a line voltage compensation system is designed based on series voltage compensation control.With the objective of minimizing the loss of active power and minimizing the average voltage deviation of the node,an optimal configuration model of the installation position and capacity of the compensation device was established.Considering the voltage static characteristics of the load,and the influence of the compensation device on the distribution of power flow in the front section of the access point,a line flow model added the compensation device and a calculation method for solving it was established.Taking the low voltage station area at the end of a typical line as an example,the characteristics of line voltage status before and after adding the compensation device are compared,and the results show that the designed system can achieve all the node voltage of the line to meet the requirements of power supply index with 1/10 compensation capacity of the line load,that solves the original low voltage problem effectively.
