| 摘 要： | 贫困地区在信息资源的可获得性、利用的有效性和利用能力方面与发展地区存在很大的差距,这种差距阻碍了贫困地区的经济发展。贫困地区政府和企业要充分意识到缩小信息鸿沟的重要性,寻找信息鸿沟产生的原因,依托当地的图书情报机构,利用竞争情报的理论与方法阻止信息鸿沟的进一步扩大,并逐渐缩小与发达地区的信息鸿沟。
