基于嵌入式技术的测井面板设计及应用

摘    要:提出了一种基于PC104嵌入式模块的高性能测井面板设计方案。该面板包含有数据遥传、深度、模拟及数字I/O以及专用人机交互等接口部件,可以作为高性能下井仪与通用地面系统之间的前端子系统使用。该面板在提供全面的测井仪器接口并具有强大的数据处理能力的同时,能够很好地保护所配接下井仪的知识产权。该面板在功能、性能、可扩展性、可靠性和安全性、研发周期、性能价格比等方面比传统意义上的测井面板都有改进,在一种高分辨率感应测井仪中投入现场应用,取得了合格的测井资料。

Abstract:A design scheme for high performance well logging panel based on PC104 embedded module was proposed. Composed of digital telemetry, depth system, analog and digital I/O units, and special man-machine interface parts, the panel can be used as a former subsystem between high performance downhole tools and universal surface system. While supplying complete logging tool interfaces and powerful data processing ability, the panel can protect the intelligent priorities of connected downhole tools well. The traditional well logging panel was improved on the function, performance, extensity, reliability, safety, research and develoment period, and performance to price ratio. The panel was applied to a high resolution induction logging tools, and the satisfied log information was obtained.
