基于UG和ADAMS的高压开关弹簧机构动力学仿真和优化

摘    要:针对高压开关设计中提出的问题,建立了高压开关弹簧操作机构的动力学模型,在UG中对高压开关进行三维造型和装配;利用虚拟样机技术,在ADAMS中进行机构运动动力学仿真分析,得出了影响开关使用性能参数之间的关系,并对关键参数、动触头的速度进行了优化,为确定最合理的分闸、合闸时间提供了依据,提出了一种对高压开关进行虚拟设计的有效方法。

Abstract:This paper established a kinematic model of spring operating mechanism of circuit switch in order to solve the problems in switch design,and created 3D parts and assemblies of spring operating mechanism under UG circumstance.Based on virtual prototype technology,the kinematic behavior of spring operating mechanism was simulated with ADAMS software,some relationship curves among the main parameters affecting switch performance were obtain,and the speed of moving contact was optimized,providing a basis to decide the most reasonable time of opening or closing switch.This research is expected to supply a new method for virtual design of high voltage switch.
