亚法甘蔗糖厂中和pH值自动检测控制初探

亚法甘蔗糖厂的中和ＰＨ值至关重要。设计了中和ＰＨ自动检测控制系统，并结合海南龙力糖厂的工艺条件，进行了生产实践。结果表明，本系统从根本上克服了 人工检测控制的随意性和数据不真实性，确保了中和工艺的稳定性，同时为相关岗位的工艺指标考核与管理提供了重要依据。

A Preliminary Practice on the Nentralizing pH Value Automatic Detection and Control in Sulfitation Sugar Mill

The neutralizing pH value is most imoportant to sulfitaytion sugar mill. An augomat icdetection and control system for noutralizing pH value has been designed, and was put into pro duction practice according to the technological condition of Longli sugare mill. The results fndi-cate that the randomness and in-truthfulness of data of the manual deteetion and control were fundamentally surmounted by the system. It ensures the stability of neutralizing condition At the same time, it provides an important basis for the technological index examnation and comrol to the related sections.
