香菇多糖提取方法的研究

摘    要:目的获得香菇多糖最佳的提取方法。方法多糖提取用热水浸提法、三氯乙酸浸提法、热水浸提/超声波处理后提取法、超声波处理后/热水浸提提取法;采用苯酚-硫酸法测定杂多糖含量。结果香菇多糖提取以三氯乙酸浸提所得粗多糖经纯化处理多糖含量达93.10%,得率为3.24%。结论香菇多糖提取以三氯乙酸浸提效果最佳。

Abstract:Objective To obtain the best extraction methods of lentinan. Methods Lentinan was extracted by hot wa- ter extraction method,trichloroacetic acid extraction method,hot water extraction/after ultrasonic treatment method,after ul- trasonic treatment/hot water extraction method. The content of heteroglycan was determined by phenol - sulfuric: acid meth- od. Results The content of poiysaccharide was 93.1% after purification which extracted by trichloroacetic acid extraction method,and the yield was 3.24%. Conclusion The best extraction method of lentinan was trichloroacetic acid extraction method.
