摘    要:有杆泵采油生产中的细长抽油杆在各种复杂载荷的作用下断脱现象时有发生,且随着泵挂深度的增加,抽油泵效率亦有所下降,严重影响了油井的正常生产。一些油田相继采用助抽器来解决上述问题,但未取得应有效果,主要是助抽器安装不合理及与抽油泵型号不匹配造成的。提出一种新的安装使用方法,分析了安装助抽装置后的多级抽油杆的力学行为,推导出此种情况下多级抽油杆的变形量及应力计算公式,并结合实际算例进行验证,以期指导工程应用。

Abstract:During the oil production of sucker rod pump,slender sucker rods break and drop off frequently because of many complex loads,and the deeper the depth of the plunger is,the lower the efficiency of the oil well pump is,which severely affects the regular production.This problem was solve in some oil fields by using pump-aiding equipment,but the good effect was not obtained.Investigated and analysis results show that those problems were caused by the device unreasonably installed and the pump type not match with the device.A new method on installing the device in view of the above problems was proposed,and the emphasis on the force analysis of multi-level sucker rod was put forward,the formula of deformation and stress were derived and the verification was carried on combined with an example,in order to guide practical engineering application.
