摘    要:研究了石灰中和蒸压法预处理磷石膏,分析不同转晶剂对磷石膏结构和性能的影响,得出复掺0.015%硫酸铝和0.015%烷基苯磺酸钠预处理所得的α半水磷石膏绝干抗压强度能达到32.7 MPa,外部形貌主要为短柱状。选用粉煤灰、水泥等进行配料分析各组分对半水磷石膏基自流平材料的影响,根据JC/T 1023-2007检验标准检测其性能,并分析其微观结构,确定最佳配比为:α半水磷石膏50%,普通硅酸盐水泥8%,粉煤灰5%。此工艺条件下的自流平材料的绝干抗压强度和抗折强度分别达到16.87 MPa、6.03 MPa,30 min后流动度达到143 mm。

The Application of Pretreatment of Phosphogypsum in Self-leveling Materials
Abstract:Surface of phosphogypsm(PG) was modified with the lime neutralization to analyze different crystal agent how to affect the structure and properties of PG, the dry compressive strength ofα-hemihydrated phosphogypsum after pretreatment with 0.015% aluminum sulfate and 0.015% twelve benzene sulfonte can reach 32.7 MPa, the external morphology is short column. Fly ash, ordinary portland cement and others ingredients were added and analysis of each component influence on self-levleing material based on hemihydrated phosphogypsum was carried, testing its performance according to the JC/T 1023-1023-2007 and analyzing its microstructure, results showed that the optimum ratio was as follows: 50%α-hemihydrated phosphogypsum, 8% ordinary portland cement, 5% fly ash. The absolute dry compressive strength and oven dry lfexural strength reached 16.87 MPa, 6.03 MPa, the lfuidity was 143 mm after 30 min.
