矿井提升事故人因失误追溯分析与控制研究

摘    要:由于人为失误导致的矿井提升事故占发生事故总数的70%~90%以上,论文着重分析了导致提升事故发生的认知活动,通过研究人误发生的内在相关性历程,追溯分析了致使认知活动失败的内在逻辑,得到了与人有关的根原因、与技术有关的根原因和与组织有关的根原因。最后论文针对追溯得到的某个提升事故的根原因提出了改善和优化措施,能有效地提升矿井提升系统的人因可靠性,降低人因失误的概率。
