| 摘 要： | 钢管柱是城市暗挖地铁“洞桩梁”法施工的主要承重结构之一,因导洞空间的限制,洞内钢管柱各道工序与地面施工工艺不同。通过分析洞内钢管柱的施工工艺特点,并以北京地铁十号线劲松站施工为例,论述了洞内钢管柱吊装工艺,安装精度控制,以及柱内钢筋混凝土的施工方法。

| Abstract: | Steel tube column is one of the major bearing structures in the construction method of "Cave-pile-beam" for undercutting in city metro works.Due to the limitation of space in the pilot tunnel,the working procedures of the steel tube columns are different to those on the ground.This article discusses the hoisting and installing technique of steel tube column in cave,the controlling of installation accuracy and the construction method of reinforced concrete in the column on the basis of the construction of Jinsong Station of No.10 Route of Beijing Metro by analyzing the characteristics of the construction techniques of steel pipe column in cave. |
