| 摘 要： | 目的研究B超在疑似急性阑尾炎诊断中的价值。方法随机连续抽取200例疑似急性阑尾炎病人术前行B超检查,进而经手术治疗及病理检查,并比较B超检查结果和临床诊断结果之间的关系。结果B超诊断与病人性别之间没有显著性差异;B超诊断出急性阑尾炎141例,漏诊42例,误诊5例;其阳性率为77.0%,特异性96.6%,假阳性率2.7%和假阴性率23.0%。结论疑似急性阑尾炎病人术前应行B超检查,可提高术前诊断急性阑尾炎的准确性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the value of B-ultrasonographic diagnosis in suspiciously acute appendicitis.Methods:On the basis of clinical findings,200 consencutive patients with clinical suspicion of acute appendicitis were referred to an B-ultrasonographic examination of the appendix and abdomen,then operation and histologic examination,finally compared the B-ultrasonographic diagnosis with clinical diagnosis.Results:there was no statistical difference between B-ultrasonographic diagnosis and patient's sex. B-ultrasonographic examinations were noted in 141 of 200 patients(77.0%),false negative 42 of 200 patients (21.0%), false positive 5 of 200 patients ( 2.7 %) and specificity 96.6%.Conclusion:To improve the diagnostic accuracy of acute appendicitis, B-ultrasonography should be used in suspiciously acute appendicitis preoperatively. |
