| 摘 要： | 目的探讨产科急症子宫切除术在抢救产科大出血患者中的应用价值。方法对23例急症产科子宫切除术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果23例产科大出血患者经保守治疗无效而行子宫切除,其中宫缩乏力9例,软产道撕裂伤5例,D IC4例,子宫胎盘卒中3例,子宫破裂2例,出血量在1 300~3 300m l,其中22例均在子宫切除术后痊愈出院,住院时间2~13d,平均住院时间7天。1例因院外转入时病情较重,失去了挽救时机而在术后死亡。结论孕产次、多胎妊娠、催引产方法的使用等因素与产科急症切除子宫相关。产科急症子宫切除术是治疗急性产科大出血的有效措施之一。
