| 摘 要： | 目的观察乙型肝炎病毒通过产妇传播在胎儿肾脏组织中表达的情况.方法采集40例乙型肝炎产妇产下的死胎,常规尸检,取肾脏组织,免疫组化法检测HBcAg,回访产妇产前静脉血HBV的检测结果;取百分率行u检验.结果HBcAg阳性颗粒在死胎的肾实质细胞(近、远曲小管上皮细胞和肾血管球毛细血管内皮细胞,球内、外系膜细胞,球旁细胞,足细胞)浆,肾脏血管中点、灶状分布,肾实质细胞核不着色.HBV呈单项阳性、(HBsAg+、HBeAb+、HBcAb+)、(HBsAg+、HBeAg+、HBcAb+)的产妇分娩的死胎肾脏组织中的HBcAg阳性率比较,差异不显著(P＞0.05).结论死胎肾脏组织中HBcAg阳性率与孕妇HBV静脉中HBV标志无关;肾脏组织中可能存在HBV复制.

| Abstract: | Objective Study the express of HBcAg in the kidney tissue of the did fetus infected by HBV by maternal-fetal transmission. Methods 40 cases kidney tissues of died fetus that the puerperal deherated with hepatitis virus B were detected HBcAg by immunocytochemistry(SP).Investigated the detection on HBV in the mother veins before deheraty.Results There were HBsAg in the kidney tissues. They were mainly in the kidney cells plasma and the kidney vessels. They were not in the kindey cells nuclei. The positive cells were single or in clusters form distributed over in the kidney vessel and kindey cells plasma. The were not statistically significant (P>0.005)for the comparison among the rate of the HBcAg positive express in the kidney tissues of the died fetus that the puerperal deherated with hepatitis virus B for only one ①HBVM+?②(HBcAg+?HBeAb+?HBcAb)and③(HBcAg+?HBeAg+?HBcAb)in the mother veins befoer deheraty.Conclusion The HBVM in the kidney was not correlated with the HBVM in the pregnant woman veins. HBV mayby be copy in the kidney tissues. [ |
