| Abstract: | Frictional angle of the rock joint is quite a important parameter, which is difficult to obtain incivil endneering. In this Paper the joint profile expression and fractal theory are reviewed, and the fractaltheory is used to study the frictional angle of the rock joint. The empirical relation between frictional angleand fractal dimension of rock joint is given. |
