| 摘 要： | 大学生在校期间，通过体育课和课外体育锻炼，身体素质会发生什么样的变化，在体育教学中如何针对学生的实际，采取科学的教学方法。本文通过运用统计学的原理将不同年级学生身体素质进行了对比分析和研究，并将结果同本省高校的综合平均值进行了比较，提出了体育教学中应注意的问题。
