| 摘 要： | 本文通过毛冬青甲素对实验性高血压性脑出血大鼠血压、血液流变学、脑微血管超微结构的影响的观察，结果显示：腹腔注射毛冬青甲素２０ｍｇ／ｋｇ体重对高血压大鼠的血压、血液流变学、脑微血管超微结构均有改善作用，与对照组（注射葡萄糖）比较，差异有显著意义。认为毛冬青甲素可以降低血液粘度、改善微循环、降低外周血管阻力而起到降压作用。

| Abstract: | The effect of Ilexonin A was studied in experimental hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in rats.The result showed that 20mg/ kg of Ilexonin A injection significantly improved the bloodpressure,blood rheology and the ultrastructure of cerebral micrangium in rat s,compared with5% glucose injection in control group.It is considered that Ilexonin A may lower the blood pressure by reducing the blood viscosity,improving the microcirculation and decreasing the resistanceof peripheral blood vessels. |
