省级交通地理信息公共服务平台的建设与应用模式研究

省级交通地理信息公共服务平台是以各种交通地理空间信息为基础,结合交通领域各专业信息数据库,为交通领域各部门信息化系统提供多方面空间信息服务,并对不同业务在交通地理空间的表现进行动态分析、专题展示。本文围绕平台的设计、实现、应用及建设与运行模式等层面的问题,对福建省交通地理信息公共服务平台的相关建设思路进行初步的探讨。

Research Construction and application mode of provincial traffic geographic information public service platform

Provincial traffic geographic information public service platform is based on all kinds of traffic geographical spatial information, combined with the major transportation information database, information system for transportation departments to provide various spatial information services, and the business performance in traffic geographical spatial dynamic analysis, project presentation. This paper around the platform design, implementation, application and as- pects of the problem such as the construction and operation mode, using a structured design thought, the construction of the platform and operation pattern, the platform positioning, overall framework, system functions, database framework made detailed instructions, how to implement the platform, the research results and application results were done in this paper, finally it is concluded that the traffic geographic information public service platform in importance in the field of traffic and industry characteristics compared with geographic information public platform.
