| 摘 要： | 目的 :从荆芥叶中提取总黄酮 ,并测定其含量。方法 :运用微波技术提取荆芥叶总黄酮 ,用比色法测定总黄酮含量。结果 :测得荆芥叶中总黄酮含量 1.2 70 % ,平均回收率为 98.6 7% ,RSD =2 .0 3% (n =6 )。结论 :首次运用微波技术从荆芥叶中提取出总黄酮 ,反应速度加快 ,实验结果令人满意。
