稳心颗粒对围绝经期妇女体质状况的影响

目的 观察稳心颗粒对围绝经期妇女常见气虚、阴虚、气阴两虚体质的干预作用.方法 124例围绝经期妇女中气虚体质30例,阴虚体质58例,气阴两虚体质36例.各体质组随机再分为治疗组和对照组,气虚质两组各15例,阴虚质治疗组30例、对照组28例,气阴两虚质两组各18例.各体质治疗组均口服稳心颗粒,对照组未进行任何治疗,分别于治疗前及治疗12周后比较各组体质积分和性激素水平的变化.结果各体质治疗组治疗后与本组治疗前及对照组治疗后比较体质积分均有明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).治疗组治疗后性激素各项指标水平变化不明显,与治疗前及对照组治疗后比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 稳心颗粒可以改善围绝经期妇女常见的气虚、阴虚、气阴两虚体质,有助于此类体质的围绝经期妇女平稳度过围绝经期.

Interventional Effect of Wenxin Granule on the Physical Constitution of Perimenopause Women

Objective To observe the interventional effect of Wenxin Granule(Granule for calming the mind)on the physical constitution of qi deficiency,yin deficiency and both qi and yin deficiency type in perimenopausal women.Methods Of the 124 perimenopausal women,30 were diagnosed constitutionally qi deficiency,58 were diagnosed constitutionally yin deficiency,and 36 were diagnosed constitutionally qi and yin deficiency.Each of the constitution group was subdivided into treatment and control group,with 15 cases in each in qi deficiency constitution group;30 cases in the treatment group of yin deficiency constitution group while 28 in the control group;and 18 cases in each in qi and yin deficiency constitution group.All the treatment groups were administered Wenxin Granule and the control groups were without any treatment.Before and 12 weeks after treatment,the changes in constitution scores and sex hormone levels were compared.Results Comparing with before treatment and the control groups,the constitution scores of treatment groups after treatment were significantly reduced(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01),while the sex hormone levels were not significantly changed(P＞0.05).Conclusion Wenxin Granule can improve the qi deficiency,yin deficiency,qi and yin deficiency constitution of perimenopausal women,effective to help them pass through perimenopausal period smoothly.
