不孕症患者血清性激素水平的变化分析

目的：探讨不孕症患者血清性激素水平的变化.方法：选择58例不孕症患者（继发性29例,原发性29例）及健康女性54例作为研究对象.空腹采集不同生理期研究对象静脉血样并采用相应的试剂盒进行血清性激素6项指标的检测,对比各组研究对象性激素6项指标变化情况.结果：与健康组比较,继发性不孕组及原发性不孕组催乳素（PRL）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）、促黄体生成素（LH）、孕酮（P）、睾酮（T）、雌二醇（E2）均下降（P＜0.05）;继发性不孕组及原发性不孕组卵泡期FSH、T、E2、PRL及P水平,排卵期LH、FSH、T、P及E2水平,黄体期PRL、LH及P水平差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：不孕症女性血清性激素6项指标变化反映患者内分泌情况,为临床用药提供指导.

Analysis of the Change of Serum Sex Hormone Levels in Patients with Infertility

Objective： To investigate the change of sex hormones levels in patients with infertility. Methods： A total of 58 patients with infertility （29 patients with primary infertility and 29 patients with secdonary infertility） and 54 healthy women were enrolled. Venous blood samples were collected on an empty stomach at different physiological periods and corresponding kit detecting 6 serum sex hormone were adopt, and the sex hormone changes in indexes of each object were compared. Results： Compared with healthy group, prolaetin （ PRL）, follicle-stimulating hormone （ FSH）, luteotropie hormone （ LH）, estrogen （ E2 ）, progesterone （P） and testosterone （T） in patients with primary infertility and secondary infertility significantly decreased （P 〈0. 05）. FSH, T, E2, PRL and P level in follicular phase, LH, FSH, T, P and E2 level in ovulation phase, and PRL, LH, and P level in luteal phase in secondary infertility group and the primary infertility group had statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The serum sex hormone changes in patients with infertility reflect the indexes of endocrine, and provide guidance for clinical medication.
