针刺不同穴位对高尿道尿裂FUS尿道压改善的临床研究

目的：本文通过选取三组不同穴位治疗高尿道压型女性尿道综合征，对其疗效进行比较。探讨作用机理。以进一步提高针刺的治疗效果。方法：选用能客观反映膀胱尿道功能的尿动力学指标作为病例的选择依据及临床疗效的评价指标。通过方差分析，q检验比较各组穴位的疗效。结果：选用会阳，中膂俞组合。在改善临床症状以及降低尿道闭合压方面，效果均优于其他两组穴位。结论：三组穴位均可不同程度的调节膀胱尿道功能。其中会阳，中膂俞组合对膀胱尿道的调节作用最突出。
