摘    要:对某发电公司1号超临界机组(600 MW)汽轮机冷端设备老化和双背压凝汽器抽空气系统不合理进行了分析并提出改造和优化方案.通过该机组冷端改造和优化方案的实施,该机组全年真空约提高0.816kPa,降低发电煤耗1.67 g/(kW·h),节约标煤6 346 t,节约资金561.621万元.通过全年的运行经验表明,该项改造取得了显著的经济效益.

Abstract:For a No. 1 supercritical unit 600 MW steam turbine in power plant, the situation of cold end equipment aging and unreasonable air-extraction system for double back pressure condenser is analyzed, and the optimization scheme is put forward. Through the implementation of the unit's cold end modification and optimization scheme, the unit annual vacuum increases about 0. 816 kPa, reducing power coal consumption of 1.67 g/kW · h, which saves 6 346 tons of standard coal, with total amount of 5. 6 million Yuan. The operation experience shows that this retrofit has achieved remarkable economic benefits.
