低压抽汽温度偏高的研究和解决

摘    要:介绍了目前上汽厂所生产的300 MW、600 MW等级亚临界、超临界汽轮机存在低压内缸五抽、六抽温度偏高的问题,通过走访用户、现场勘查、计算分析确定了该问题是由汽缸内漏引起的;结合现有超超临界机组的运行经验,对低压内缸重新设计解决了这个问题,并通过实践检验,提高了机组效率,降低了电厂的发电煤耗.

Abstract:The issues are discussed on higher LP extract temperature existing in the 300 - 600 MW class subcritical and supercritical units made by Shanghai Turbine Plant(STP). According to the client' s feedback, field inquiry and analysis, the problem is caused by the leakage in LP inner casing. In order to solve it, the LP inner casing is redesigned, introducing the operating experiences for USC units. The new upgraded unit is indicated to be more efficient and have lower coal consumption.
