| 摘 要： | 目的 观察再定位夹板与中切点阻断器联合应用于急性不可复性盘前移位治疗的效果。方法 通过比较颞下颌关节的最大开口度、Mankoski疼痛指数和盘突关系在治疗前后的变化 ,评价再定位夹板与中切点阻断器联合治疗急性不可复性盘前移位的疗效。结果 15例急性不可复性盘前移位在联合治疗 2周后 ,其开口度均有明显的改善 ,疼痛指数也有明显的下降 ;6个月后 ,其盘突关系正常率为 80 %。结论 再定位夹板与中切点阻断器对急性不可复性盘前移位治疗具有良好的效果

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the treatment effects of the combination of the repositioning splint(RS) and the anterior midline point stop(AMPS) on acute anterior disk displacement without reduction(AADDwR). Methods 15 subjects with AADDwR were treated with the combination of RS and AMPS, and the maximum mouth opening, Mankoski pain index and the disk condyle assembly relationship were evaluated respectively. Results In two weeks, the maximum month openings were improved significantly (P<0.001), and the Mankoski pain indices were lowered also (P<0.001) . Among the 15 subjects, 12 disks were completely recaptured, 2 incompletely recaptured, and 1 not recaptured. Conclusion It is reliable and effective for the combination of RS and AMPS used in managing AADDwR. |
