| 摘 要： | 网络舆情的力量可以影响甚至左右政府决策和形象，政府应当高度重视和正确应对。“广东茂名3·30事件”就是政府应对网络舆情危机的一个典型案例。我们试着就事件本身进行分析与研究，从网络舆情的概念、事件产生的原因、事件经过以及政府在应对网络舆情危机事件中存在的问题为着眼点，并在此基础上提出了相应的应对措施。

| Abstract: | The power of the network can influence even government＇s decision and images, the government should attach much importance to and properly deal with it. The 3·30 events in Maoming of Ouangdong is a typical case about how government deal with the intemet public opinion crisis.This paper tried to analyze and research the concept of network public opinion, the cause of the events, the course of the events and the problems existing in government＇s dealing with internet public opinion crisis, at last it put forward some corresponding measures. |
