| 摘 要： | 锅炉汽包满、缺水事故是长期困扰火力发电厂安全的重大恶性事故之一。将SIS中丰富的现场实时数据与智能故障诊断技术相结合,开发出基于SIS平台的汽包水位预警及故障诊断系统。通过在某300 MW机组上进行的初步应用表明,它能够实现实时监测现场数据,故障预警和故障诊断等功能,完全能够满足现场实用化的要求。

| Abstract: | The fault of drum level is one of the most severe accidents in power plant.Combining the real-time data in SIS with intelligent fault diagnosis technology,a drum level fault diagnosis system based on SIS is developed.The developed software has been applied to a 300MW unit in a power plant.Results illustrate that the software can achieve online monitor,alarm in advance and fault diagnosis,and meet the practical requirements of power plant. |
