| 摘 要： | 目的探讨布地奈德与复方异丙托溴铵气雾剂联合雾化吸入对急诊重症哮喘患者120例的临床疗效。方法选取240例在重症哮喘患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组各120例,治疗组采用布地奈德联合复方异丙托溴铵气雾剂雾化吸入,对照组采用氨茶碱,分析比较各组患者的疗效和动脉血气分析及肺功能情况。结果治疗组患者的治疗效果和动脉血气分析及肺功能指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德与复方异丙托溴铵气雾剂联合雾化吸入治疗急诊重症哮喘患者效果较好,建议临床广泛运用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of budesonide combined with ipratropium bromide solution aerosol inhalation for the treatment of emergency severe asthma and aminophylline in 120 cases.Methods 240 patients with severe asthma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,120 cases in each group.The treatment group were given budesonide combined with ipratropium bromide solution aerosol inhalation;the control group were given aminophylline.After treatment,the statistics of treatment effect,artery blood gas analysis and the lung function were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment group were apparently superior to those of control group in treatment effect,artery blood gas analysis and the lung function with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide combined with ipratropium bromide solution aerosol inhalation has better effect for the treatment of emergent severe asthma,which is suggested to be widely applied in clinic. |
