人左、右心室阻抗微分心动图的比较研究

摘    要:作者利用Ⅱ导心电图、心音图、颈动脉搏动图、右(或左)心室阻抗微分心动图同步描记的方法。对人左、右心室阻抗微分心动图进行了比较分析。结果显示:人的左、右心室阻抗微分心动图图形相似,波形稳定,转折明显,均有清晰的生理标志点。两种图形各相应生理标志点在时相上存在着区别.且人的左、右心室阻抗微分心动图能分别反映人的左、右心室收缩和舒张过程,说明利用人的左、右心室阻抗微分心动图能分别测定人的左、右心室收缩时间间期与舒张时间间期值,鉴别和评定左、右心室的功能。

Abstract:ECG, PCG, CPT and LVICG or RVICG were traced synchronously for comparison of the left and right ventricles in the impedance cardiogram. It was shown that the waves of impedance cardiograms in either ventricle were much the same with clear physiological mark dots,but different in time phase. The starting point and the finishing point of contraction in the right and left ventricle impedance cardiograms are compared. The starting point is earlier and the finishing point is later in the right ventricle than that in the left. The isovolumic contraction period of the right is shorter than that of the left. Whereas, the isovolumic relaxation poriod of the right ventricle is longer than that of the left. The blood ejection period of the right is longer than that of the left ventricle. The results are all in accord with the animal experiments and the well known physiological laws, suggesting that the left or the right ventricle impedance cardiogram can be used for determination of STI and DTI, and differentiation and evaluation of the function of either ventricle.
