舒脉灵冲剂防治脑缺血的药效学实验研究

目的：研究舒脉灵冲剂对小鼠脑缺血的影响。方法：采用颈动、静脉旁路方法观察舒脉灵对大鼠实验性血栓形成的影响；观察舒脉灵冲剂对断头小鼠喘气持续时间和两侧颈总动脉结扎小鼠存活时间的影响。结果：舒脉灵冲剂灌胃给药后对大鼠血栓形成有明显抑制作用。同时，舒脉灵冲剂能显延长断头小鼠喘气持续时间和两侧颈总动脉结扎小鼠的存活时间。结论：舒脉灵冲剂对脑缺血缺氧有明显的保护作用。

Experimental Study on Pharmacodynamics of Shumailing on Prevention and Treatment of Cerebral Ischemia

Objective: To study the effects of shumailing on prevention and treatment of cerebral ischemia of rats. Methods: The effect of shumailing on formation of experimental thrombosis was observed by carotid and jugular bypass. The gasping time of isolated heads of rats and survival time of rats subjected to bilateral carotid ligation were also observed. Results: Shumailing can obviously inhibit the formation of carotid thrombus of mice by gastric perfusion. Meanwhile, shumailing significantly prolongs gasping time of isolated heads of rats and survival time of rats subjected to bilateral carotid ligation. Conclusion: Shumailing can prevent cerebral ischemia obviously.
