| 摘 要： | 城市既有住宅的节能改造可以有效降低建筑能耗,文章通过分析我国城市既有住宅当前用能和改造情况,提出了采暖地区和防热地区不同的改造技术路线以及进一步推进我国城市既有住宅节能改造的保障措施、对策。

| Abstract: | Energy-efficiency renovation of urban existing house can help to reduce building energy consumption. In this article, through analysis of current energy con-sumption and renovation facts for urban existing house in China, the author proposes different renovation technology ways for heating areas and heat-proofing areas and guarantee measures for further advancing energy-efficiency renovation of urban exist-ing house in China. |
