摘    要:针对负荷是动态随时间变化而我国负荷峰谷差大,提出了一种配电网动态分时段重构方法以满足实际要求。该方法将整个时区分成若干个连续的时间间隔,以网损最小为目标函数,分别进行各时间间隔静态重构,得到最优网损曲线以获得各时间间隔开关操作引起的网损下降量,再据此客观指导时段长度的划分,并通过分析不同时段数与网损下降量的关系,确定最优时段数,得出整个时区内比较理想的重构时段长度和数目,从而得到比较理想的可行解。最后通过IEEE经典算例的验证,结果表明所提方法的有效性。

Abstract:Considering time varying load,this paper proposes a new method of dynamic reconfiguration in distribution network with dividing time suitable for load changes.The aim is to determine optimal network configuration according to load variation over a specified time period.The whole time period is divided into multi-time intervals.Based on the load forecasting results,the optimal loss curve is worked out through each static reconfiguration with the indices of minimal losses.By contrasting with original loss curve,loss reduction of each interval can be obtained.Taking this as instruction,the length of each time is divided impersonally.By analyzing the relation between different time number and loss reduction of each time,this paper can obtains the relatively ideal solution.Constraint of operation numbers of some switches and all switches can be considered.Consequently,the unnecessary network reconfigurations with less benefit or requirement of changing into another better operation mode after a short duration of time are avoided.16-node and 123-node network were applied in dynamic network reconfiguration,the results show that the proposed method can be used to obtain the configuration with minimum active energy losses over a period of time and can be used as an advantageous alternative to the power loss minimization methods.
