手外伤伤口感染细菌分布及耐药性分析

摘    要:目的:了解引起手外伤伤口感染的常见分离菌及耐药情况。方法:采用纸片扩散(KB)法对分离出的病原菌做药敏试验。结果:298株细菌中G-杆菌占62.75%,G+球菌占33.9%,从药敏结果发现:G+球菌中葡萄球菌对青霉素、复方新诺明、氨苄西林、阿奇霉素耐药率高达47.17%-94.44%,而肠球菌耐药率多数超过50%;G-杆菌中铜绿假单胞菌对氨苄西林、头孢曲松、头孢呋辛钠、耐药率〉50%,不动杆菌耐药率多数〉50%,大肠埃希菌耐药率相对较低。结论:手外伤伤口感染的常见分离菌为铜绿假单胞菌、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、洛菲不动杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、肠球菌和大肠埃希菌,而且分离出的细菌存在严重耐药。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the bacteria and resistance in trama wound of hand.Methods:Antimicobial susceptibility test was performed clinical isolates by means of Kirby-Bauer(KB) method.Results:In 298 clinical isolates,gram-postive bacilli acounted 62.75%,gram-negative coccued acounts 33.9%.Antimicobial susceptibility test showed: The resistance rate of Staphylococcus accunted from 47.17% to 94.44% to penicillin,SMZ-TMP,ampicillin,azithromycin.The resistance rate of Enterococcus accunted higher than 50% to ampicillin, ceftriaxome, cefuroxime, Cefazolin. The resistance rate of Acinetobacter accunted higher than 50% to most of antibiotics. The resistance rate of Escherichia coli accunted lower than others. Conclusion:Bacteria in trama wound of hand including Pseudomonas aeruginosa CNS,Acinetobacter lwoffii, Staphylococcus aureus, Acinetobacter baumannii, Enterococcus and Escherichia coli had strong resistance to antibiotics.
