摘    要:纯不锈钢纤维区别于常规纺织纤维的特性,使得其纺织加工过程困难,尤其是不锈钢纤维的摩擦性能使得编织过程中送纱条件不能满足编织要求。在对不锈钢纤维进行动、静性能测试及其与常规纺织纤维摩擦性能进行对比的基础上,分析纯不锈钢纤维的摩擦性能特点,研究纯不锈钢纤维造成编织加工过程困难的主要因素,并对编织送纱过程中的退绕条件、送纱机件材质选择、送纱工艺等提出相应的改进建议。

Abstract:The difference of frictional behavior between pure stainless steel fiber and normal textile fiber made the textile processing difficult,especially in the process of yarn conveying during knitting.After testing the friction properties,this paper presents comparative analysis between stainless steel fiber and normal textile fiber,main features of the frictional properties of stainless steel fiber and suggestions about yarn conveying during knitting.
