汽轮机组A级检修效果评定

摘    要:通过能耗测定试验得出机组A级检修前后的经济指标。300 MW机组在隔离工况下,参数修正后热耗率降低122kJ/kWh;A级检修后高压缸效率为84.02%,提高2.18个百分点;中压缸效率为91.44%,提高0.59个百分点;低压缸效率为90.33%,提高0.46%个百分点。根据试验参数,进行A级检修效果评定。

Abstract:The economical index of pre-and post class A maintenance is obtained from the thermal diagnosing test.300 MW under isolation condition,the corrected heat rate decreases 122 kJ/kWh.After class A maintenance,the HP efficiency is 84.02%,which is increased by 2.08%,compared with that of pre class A maintenance.The IP efficiency is 91.44%,which is increased by 0.64%.The LP efficiency is 90.33%,which is increased by 0.77%.According to the test data,the effect of Class A maintenance is evaluated.
