轻质硅藻土陶粒的制备及其性能分析

摘    要:以焙烧级硅藻土为原料,CaCO3和MgCO3为助熔剂,NaHCO3、松籽壳、人造沸石为成孔剂,水玻璃为黏合剂,经高温烧结制备了曝气生物滤池用轻质硅藻土陶粒.以助熔剂的添加量、不同成孔剂的添加量、烧结温度为变量,讨论了轻质硅藻土陶粒的最佳制备条件.性能分析结果表明,助熔剂的最佳添加量为5%(质量百分数);最佳成孔剂为NaHCO3,最佳添加量为20%(质量百分数);最佳烧结温度为1100℃.在最佳制备条件下制备的轻质硅藻土陶粒的气孔率为62.33%,体积密度为0.892g/cm3,抗压强度为9.65MPa.

Preparation of lightweight diatomite ceramisite and analysis of its property

Abstract:A kind of biological filter material was produced by the way of heigh-temperature sintering, with diatomite as the main material, CaCO3 and MgCO3 as fluxing agent, NaHCO3, nutshell of the pine nuts or permutite as pore-forming agent, sodium silicate as binder. There are three variable factors that the amount of fluxing agent, the amount of different pore-forming agent and the sintering condition could be controlled. The researching results show that the best ratio of raw materials (mass percentage) of the lightweight diatomite ceramisite is 5% of fluxing agent (a mixture of CaCO3 and MgCO3, 20% of pore-forming agent (NaH- CO3),the optimal sintering temperature is 1100 ℃. At the sintering temperature, the porosity of this ceramisite is 62.33%,the density being O. 892 g/cm^3 and the affordability pressure 9.65 MPa.
