低品位黏土型钒矿资源综合利用新技术研究

摘    要:针对某黏土型钒矿矿石开展研究,采用原矿加药擦洗—药剂分散离析—分级富集的工艺,结合新型药剂的高效选择性抑制功能,可以产出品位较好的钒精矿,达到提高湿法提钒原料品位的目的。新工艺方案具有流程结构简单、设备投资省、选矿成本低廉、对环境无污染的优异特征。对低品位黏土型钒矿资源的综合利用,提供了高效实用的技术支撑,具有广阔的推广应用前景。

AN INNOVATIVE PROCESS FOR COMPREHENSIVE UTILIZATION OF LOW-GRADE CLAY-VANADIUM ORES

Abstract:Normally,flotation,gravity and magnetic separation applied for beneficiation on clay-vanadium ores has failed to acquire positive results.Although hydrometallurgy flow of roasting-leaching-precipitating is presently used to obtain high quality V2O5 products directly without any ore dressing process,some problems such as low vanadium grade,large quantity of acid and alkaline consume,huge process cost as well as environmental polluting are resulted.Taking a clay-vanadium ore as subject,an innovative process of scrubbing for head ore-dispersing with reagents-classified concentrating was studied to improve grade of vanadium concentrate as material for hydrometallurgy treatment.The innovative process has been proved to be easily practiced,economic and friendly to environment and indicates a potential commercialized implement.
