| 摘 要： | 应用均衡理论,论述并设计了1～2.5 t钢锭模底座无冒口铸造的工艺。依据均衡凝固理论指导厚大灰铸铁件工艺设计,能很好地解决质量问题,并且省工省料,获得良好的经济效益。

| Abstract: | According to the theory of proportional salidification,this paper expounded and designed the casting processing of riserless 1 to 2.5 t steel ingot die chassis,and the processing design for thick and large gray iron casting were completed and this could improve the casting quality,reduce the labor and material consumptions and win high economic benefit. |
