镇惊泻火合剂治疗广泛焦虑症临床研究

摘    要:目的观察镇惊泻火合剂治疗广泛焦虑症的临床疗效及安全性。方法将60例病例随机分为中药组和对照组各30例,分别给予镇惊泻火合剂和盐酸帕罗西汀治疗。两组疗程均为8周,观察临床疗效及汉密尔顿焦虑评定量表(HAMA)评分变化情况,并采用不良反应量表(TESS)观察不良反应情况。结果中药组、对照组总有效率分别为90.3%、90.0%;组间临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗前后组内比较,HAMA评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,HAMA评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组不良反应发生情况及TESS评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论镇惊泻火合剂治疗广泛焦虑症疗效好,不良反应少。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of "Zhenjing Xiehuo Mixture" in the treatment of generalized anxiety.Methods Sixty cases were randomized into two groups: Chinese medicine group in which 30 cases were treated by "Zhenjing Xiehuo Mixture",and control group in which 30 cases were treated by Paroxetine hydrochloride,with the course of 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy and scores of HAMA were observed,and the adverse reaction was detected by TESS.Results The overall effective rate was 90.33% in Chinese medicine group and 90.0% in control group,without a significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There were significant differences in HAMA scores in both the two groups between before and after treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,there was no significant difference in HAMA score between the two groups(P>0.05).The differences in adverse reaction and TESS score were significant in both of the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion "Zhenjing Xiehuo Mixture" has positive effect on generalized anxiety,with less adverse reaction.
