内镜和奥美拉唑治疗急性上消化道大出血的成本-效果分析

目的：评价胃镜下治疗与奥美拉唑治疗急性上消化道出血中的经济效果。方法：将急性上消化道出血患者100例随机分为胃镜治疗组（A组）及奥美拉唑治疗组（B组）各50例，并运用药物经济学成本-效果分析法进行分析。结果：A、B两组上消化道出血的有效率无明显差异（100％＆96％，P〉0．05），A组的住院天数、住院的总费用均明显少于B组（6．6d＆10．4d；3821．6元＆5162．7元，P均〈0．05）；A组成本-效果优于B组。结论：在急性上消化道出血的治疗方法选择上，应首选成本-效果比低的急诊胃镜治疗。

Cost-effectiveness Analysis of Endoscope and Omprazole in the Treatment of Acute Hemorrhage of Upper Digestive Tract

Objective： To evaluate the cost and effectiveness of endoscope and Omprazole in the treatment of acute hemorrhage of upper digestive tract. Methods： 100 patients with hemorrhage of upper digestive tract were randomly divided into endoscope treatment group （group A, n=50） and Omprazole treatment group （group B, n=50）. Evaluation was carried out with pharmaeo economic cost-effectiveness analysis. Results： The hemostatie rate was no significantly different between the group A and group B （100% ＆ 96% ,P 〉 0.05）. The total days in the hospital and the costs were significantly lower in group A than those in group B （6.6d ＆ 10.4d, 3821.6 yuan ＆ 5162.7 yuan, both P 〈 0.05）.The phannaco economic cost-effectiveness in group A was better than that in group B. Conclusion： According to the evaluation with the cost and effectiveness analysis, the endoscope should be the method for treating acute hemorrhage of upper digestive tract.
