鱼眼角膜板层移植的临床研究

目的采用宁夏黄河淡水养殖的鱼角膜行人眼角膜移植术进行临床研究。方法在无菌操作下摘除鲜活鱼眼球，常规钻、切所需植片，按常规角膜移植手术步骤进行板层移植９例９眼。结果随观６～８４个月，５例复发性翼状胬肉中，４例植片愈合完好、透明，１例植片自溶，形成斑翳，胬肉再未复发；３例边缘性角膜溃疡穿孔移植片愈合，穿孔治愈，１例石灰烧伤后全角膜血管翳移植片成活，微混，视力由术前０．０５增至０．４。结论在无同种角膜材料情况下，鱼角膜可在临床中应用。

Chinical observation of 9 cases of corneal plate transplantation with fish corea

Objectives To observe the corneal transplantantation of patients with fish cornea collested from fish in yellow river of ningxia.Methods Operator drilled and cut needful grafts after extracting yeball in aseptic manipulation and then operated keratoplasty and lamellar eratoplasty respectivelly according to the general steps of corneal trasplantation 9 ere corneal in 9 cases.Results Following up 6-84 months 5 cases were recurrent ptergium,4 cases having autodigestion and generated corneal opacity.1 cases showing that the graft got autodgestion and generated cottonwool patch.However pterygium 3 cases of peripheral cormea ulcer pereforation healed.1 cases of the grafting plate with total cornea blood vessel opacity was alive,minor muddy after lime-burns,the sight increassed to 0.4 from 0.05 of preoperation.Conclusions If there are not homocornea materials,the fish cornea can be used in chnic
