基于SVM的钢坯号自动识别算法

摘    要:针对当前钢厂钢坯号现场识别的自动化要求,提供一种基于SVM的钢坯号自动识别算法。该算法通过生产线上视频监控获取钢坯图像,将SVM的非线性分类算法和视感智能检测技术结合实现钢坯智能化监控,对气动、机械等原因引起的断裂、畸变和粗细不均等钢坯号具有较好的识别能力。文章还对该算法与模板匹配方法、BP神经网络方法进行了实验对比,证实该算法对钢坯号识别具有较高的识别率。

Abstract:Based on SVM classifier, an automatic recognition method for steel billet characters is proposed. It integrates SVM and intellectual visualperception to realize the billet intelligent monitor. And it can avoid the influence of local distortion, stroke break and thickness variation in billetscharacters. In the experiments, better results have been obtained.
