| 摘 要： | 针对尺寸大、厚度薄、形状复杂的大型变压器铁心硅钢片尺寸与形状测试，研究了一种以CCD摄像头作为瞄准装置的非接触式摄像快速瞄准方法。通过快速采集被测物铁心硅钢片边缘轮廓图像信息，利用图像处理技术进行快速瞄准的误差自动补偿，提高了大型变压器铁心硅钢片测试系统的瞄准精度。

| Abstract: | For the 2D size automatic measurement system of large transformers'silicon-steel sheets,the silicon-steel sheet's images are captured by the CCD camera and shown on the screen in real time.The object's valuable images are stored fast in the computer and then the results are obtained by image processing.All the operations,such as image capture,sensor's data capture,image processing and control signal sending are integrated in one operation environment,and the error correction method for CCD camerawork with fast aim is completed by image processing automatically. |
