| 摘 要： | 针对DRAWl250车轮轧机在生产过程中出现的轧机夹钢现象(即车轮在轧制过程中无法旋转)进行了分析,并着重对AWl250轧机轧制过程中的反馈数据进行了抽样分析,根据反馈数据中获得的各辊具压力、相对位置、激光测量装置反馈信息,直接与轧制过程中出现的夹钢现象关联对比,找出之间存在的相互关系,可以做到预防及解决轧机夹钢问题。

| Abstract: | Rolling seizures(wheel piece cannot rotate during rolling) in the DRAW1250 mill for wheel during operation are analyzed and samples of feedback data from the mill are analyzed with emphasis.Pressure and relative position of each roll and feedback information from laser detection devices are directly correlated and compared with rolling seizure accidents to find their interrelationships and prevent and solve the rolling trouble. |
